More than 230 countries are currently able to receive automatic emergency/fire/police calls. We will continue to update the list of countries and their emergency access numbers. Please read the information below about how each feature works carefully.

Pressing the red Police button will automatically call the police. They will see your number and also be able to remotely activate your phone camera/s. If you would like to confirm or cancel this call, a pop-up window will appear letting you do this.

Each of the features is explained below, in detail, just click on each of them to get a complete description.

Before you travel, we suggest you try each feature at home so you will know what it looks like and what to expect when you travel—don’t worry, there is a pop up window that allows you to cancel calls to emergency, police and fire.

If you are actually in an emergency, the local center in the country you are visiting will receive your call and call you back to confirm the nature of your emergency, ask to access your camera/s so they can see what is going on and talk to you.

If you can’t speak, clicking the Silent Call button will send an alert to the local police call center with a pre-recorded message that you need immediate help because you cannot talk or receive a phone call.

Emergency call features

Pressing the red Emergency button automatically calls the nearest emergency call center. They will see your phone number, location, be able to call you and also be able to remotely activate your phone camera/s to see what is going on. If you would like to confirm or cancel this call, a pop-up window will appear letting you do this.

Pressing the red Police button will automatically call the police. They will see your number and also be able to remotely activate your phone camera/s. If you would like to confirm or cancel this call, a pop-up window will appear letting you do this.

Pressing the red Fire button will automatically call the local fire department call center. They will see your number and also be able to remotely activate your phone camera/s. If you would like to confirm or cancel this call, a pop-up window will appear letting you do this.

Additional features

Pressing the white Menu button will let you see the list of other features.

Pressing the white Fail Safe button opens your keypad and shows Mastercard’s 24/7 support line number. When you press call, you will be connected to an English-speaking support staff member who is ready to help you.

Pressing the white Silent Call button will send a pre-recorded voice message to the Emergency call center that you cannot speak or receive a call because you are in danger and to send help immediately. At the same time, the call center will also receive your geo location as well as an email with this information. If you would like to confirm or cancel this call, a pop-up window will appear letting you do this.

Pressing the white Where am I? button activates your geo position and shows you where you are on a street view google map. If you wish, it will also allow people you select on your Friends/Family contact list to see your geo location and track your movements. This feature is designed to help you feel more secure if you are going to an unfamiliar place or want to alert friends that you have arrived.
